You only need to use this mask 1 to 2 times a week, and if you have a specific problem area, you can focus the mask in those spots.

Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask

Okay, I promise not all of the masks are this expensive! But honestly, this mask is heavenly. It smells like pumpkin spice (and as a basic bitch, I obviously love it) and it works wonders on your face. This product is an "enzymatic dermal resurfacer" and helps your face look smooth, young, and radiant. You definitely notice a difference after the first use. It burns a little, depending how sensitive your skin is, but isn't that how you know it works? You also don't need to use very much product to get big results, so even at $72 a jar (yikes, I know), it'll last you a while.

Dr. Jart Dermaclear Trans-Foam Clay Mask

I promised you cheaper masks and I deliver! This product is only $19 individually (though it doesn't seem to be listed on Sephora Canada's website anymore) and for a three-pack with each color, it's $44. The trio comes with the calming white mask, the moisturizing pink mask, and the refreshing green mask, which is great for oily skin. The best part about these masks is that you put them on dry skin, wait about five minutes, then massage the mask into a foam with wet hands. It's a mask and a cleanser in one! It's also gentle enough for daily use, and keeps your skin soft, clear, and firm.

GlamGlow #GlitterMask Gravity Mud Firming Treatment

Okay, I have a confession: this mask isn't even out yet, so I haven't tried it. But glitter, you guys!!!! Essentially, this mask is just a rebranding of the brand's regular Gravity Mud peel-off mask, but filled with glitter and little stars. Obviously, the glitter adds nothing to the mask as far as skincare benefits go, and with a shocking $79 price, this isn't a mask you buy, use once, then get tired of. Yes, it's a gimmick, but the product itself is already known to be high quality. GlamGlow knows how to make a mask!

Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask

Speaking of gimmicks, you have definitely seen this mask around the Internet. It had a huge moment on YouTube and Instagram last year as beauty gurus had a good laugh at themselves while their faces bubbled and ballooned to twice its size. As a lover of Korean skincare products, I had to try this for myself, and I loved it. You put the clay on your face, then almost instantly it starts to foam and bubble up. If you have extremely sensitive skin or an aversion to a tingly feeling all over your face, you might want to avoid this one.

Yes, it's ridiculous, yes it's gimmicky, but it's also a pretty good clay mask. And who says skincare can't be fun? Plus, you can find this product for under $15 on Amazon! So it's a win-win!

Sephora Collection Face Mask - Pomegranate

Continuing on with the cheaper masks, Sephora's collection of sheet masks are all really great, and for only $8, you can afford to play around with the different types of masks. My favorite is the pomegranate mask, which is meant to energize your skin. It's gentle, but also makes your skin look brighter, more even, and hydrated. Honestly, the whole collection isn't especially groundbreaking, just your regular, classic sheet masks, but for that cheap, do you really mind?

Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding Intensive Wash-Off

This product is a little different than the others. It doesn't dry completely like a clay mask, and it doesn't peel off like a lot of charcoal masks do. This "pore pudding" works similarly to other charcoal products by drawing out the oil and sebum in your pores. With a mix of black and white charcoal (which you blend together before putting on your face), the mask deeply cleanses your face and minimizes the appearance of your pores. And like some of the other products mentioned, this one is great for using in specific problem areas instead of your whole face, which helps stretch this $50 jar as much as you can.

This mask is full of natural ingredients to brighten up and moisturize your skin, and bamboo extract helps (gently) slough away any dry skin, leaving your face nice and smooth.
