Have you ever seen a 50 or 60-year-old person and wonder how they still look 30 or 40 years old? Looking at a person and trying to figure out how they stayed so young for their lives can be a mystery, but the mystery has been solved. A great skincare routine can have your skin looking good for a long time, but the key is to start young. You want to slow the aging process down before it even gets started.

Cleanser and Moisturizer

A good skincare routine should start with a good cleanser and moisturizer. When you hit puberty, your skin starts to go through all types of changes, and those changes can sometimes cause acne, dark spots, dry skin, oily skin, or any number of things that you are not used to that may cause pimples to pop up on your face. A good cleanser can help fight some of these problems like dry and oily skin and pimples from popping up. The cleanser is necessary for getting rid of dirt and build up that will cause pimples to pop up on your skin. The moisturizer will help with dry spots and oily skin. If you have dry skin, moisturizer can help put more moisture into your skin, and if you have oily skin, it can help to remove some of the oil from your skin without drying it out completely.

SPF

Thrive Skin Review shows us that using sunscreen is also something that you should use if you want to keep you skin looking young. When you are in the sun a lot, it can cause a lot of micro damage to your skin. Using a spa can help protect your skin from this damage. The sun can damage your skin no matter how old or young you are, so using sunscreen early in age can help fight the aging process that comes with the sun's damage.

Eye Cream

Using an eye cream after you hit puberty can also help prevent aging. Eye creams are not as useful if you use them when the bags under your eyes develop, they are more useful before they come about to prevent them from happening altogether. An eye cream can also be good to use to prevent dark circles under your eyes. If your family has a history or raccoon eyes, then you should start using an eye cream early in life.

Collagen Cream

Collagen cream is something that people around the age of 20 years old should use. It is helpful in keeping the skin firm. Firm skin is important in preventing sagging skin and wrinkles, which are the main reasons that people's skin loses its youthful appearance. Getting a good collagen cream can be very beneficial in young age.

Remember that when you are young is the best time to get into skincare. You want to fight the problem before it even begin. Being proactive instead of reactive is the best defense against again. Using a vitamin like vitamin C is good in keeping your skin clear and youthful. Starting a skin routine when you are young will also help develop a routine that you are use to when you are older. Making it a habit when you are young can help your skin so much when you get older, and your skin will thank you for it. Also, drinking a lot of water, eight cups a day, can help you have clear and glowing skin. If you are a person that suffers from acne, getting a skin routine is beneficial, and also, looking into your diet to see what could be causing the problem is helpful. Most of the time, acne is from your body rejecting something you are eating and actively showing so on the outside on your face or back. Figuring out what it is that your body does not like can help reduce you acne appearance and possibly give you clear skin.
