The woman sat nonplussed, in the Waiting Room. In a sort of daze, looking straight ahead patiently. She had already had three small breakfast's that morning and a nip of sherry, this was not unusual she would typically wait until an hour after she took her anti-depressant and was her morning routine. She was merely following instructions she assured herself, shifted slightly in her seat and feeling a little heart burn thought, maybe she should skip lunch. Dom had said to have the task done this week. She was well used to his methods and desired to get this over and done with soon. She glanced at her watch, smiled weakly at the Receptionist who was there for a moment and then gone.

2024 New Year's Predictions
Hello out there in the world of relativity where by gones can be bygones and some can go bye and be gone! I wish I could say that there would be forgiveness, awareness and great strides in peace this new year but as society, we are not there yet. Small strides at the same time make big efforts and we as human beings are capable of bigger strides.

Try Writing Something New
I was browsing Amazon for what sells best in Indie books with no particular genre in mind. Research says that Spiritual and Fiction genres are still popular (the genres I write in so yay). Horror always is and so is Romance, some books combine the two which was new to me.

No Dilemma
I am the only woman in the world who hates to be fixed up on a date? Does it just seem wrong to you? Is it necessary? Heading into 2024 I can't believe that I am writing this yet here I am well into middle aged (yepper) and re-stating the obvious.
